We’re looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our Bannister Nissan of Chilliwack team. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

- Schedule service appointments via phone, email, text, and other channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Update and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Support appointment reminders, promotions, and service notifications
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service flow

Performance Essentials

- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Experience in sales, objection handling, appointment booking, and an understanding of vehicle maintenance is ideal
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting
- Proficient or willing to learn MS Office and dealership software
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a clear abstract
- Full‑time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
