This role is designed to give you hands-on experience behind the chair while building confidence in guest care, technical skills, salon operations, and professional development.

Many of our stylists began their careers as apprentices, and we’re proud to offer a pathway for growth within our company.

The Chance

- Assist stylists with guest preparation, shampoo rituals, colour applications, and salon services
- Support the front desk by greeting guests, booking appointments, answering phones, retailing products and creating a welcoming experience
- Learn cutting, colouring, styling, consultations, and salon standards through hands-on training
- Help maintain a clean, organized, team-focused salon environment
- Build communication, retail, and guest service skills
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
