Lead subsea SURF engineering from Suncor’s St. John’s offices, applying technical judgment to inspection, maintenance, and operational challenges. As a Senior Subsea Engineer, you will support Terra Nova Operations and offshore oil and gas assets. The work covers umbilicals, risers, flowlines, manifolds, and jumpers. You will develop technical solutions, manage inspections, support projects, and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical focus for Terra Nova SURF equipment issues Manage annual subsea ROV inspection programs Develop plans resolving SURF issues and optimizing production Maintain documents and develop inspection strategies Support projects, contracts, budgets, and offshore implementation Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and P. Eng required Seven years’ SURF design, installation, inspection, and maintenance experience Knowledge of subsea operations, maintenance, inspection, and project management Experience with computerized maintenance management systems Environmental, safety, budgeting, communication, and planning skills Apply subsea SURF expertise, technical leadership, and operational planning to support Terra Nova assets for Suncor.
