As a Civil Substation Lead Engineer, you will guide multidisciplinary delivery for substations up to 735 kV. Your work includes structural analysis, civil design, client coordination, and construction support. CIMA+’s Energy & Resources team supports projects across the energy transition, from feasibility studies through commissioning. Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil design teams for substations up to 735 kV Coordinate design progress within multidisciplinary project teams Design steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures Prepare reports, plans, specifications,



and construction work packages Support clients and resolve technical project issues Requirements:

12+ years of substation civil or structural design experience Civil Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification Qualified Engineering association registration in Canada Eligibility for EGBC registration Experience with SAFI, S-Frame, STAAD, MFAD, LPile, or Civil 3D Apply structural design, civil engineering, and project leadership expertise to CIMA+ substation projects serving Western Canada’s energy transition.
