Drive lean manufacturing, production standards, and worker safety as a Production Area Lead at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp.

This role oversees an assigned area’s plant production operations and helps teams meet company goals and targets. You will educate employees on lean principles, food safety, health and safety, and procedures. The work also includes waste reduction, reporting, administration, and collaboration with the JHSC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive safety performance and report workplace incidents
- Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles
- Minimize waste and support maximum production efficiency
- Report production standards through shift administration
- Participate with JHSC to improve safety procedures

Requirements:

- Five years’ front-line leadership in production manufacturing
- High school diploma completion
- Knowledge of company HR and health-safety policies
- Administration skills and basic computer proficiency
- Solid interpersonal, decision-making, and teamwork skills
