Working under a Manager or designate, the Environmental Services Worker supports Northern Health’s established policies and processes. Duties cover patient, resident, and client rooms, Operating Rooms, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Labour and Delivery Rooms, washrooms, corridors, lounges, offices, and common areas. The position serves staff, visitors, and patients, residents, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and disinfect patient, resident, and client rooms
- Maintain Operating Rooms and Labour and Delivery Rooms
- Service Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory areas
- Clean washrooms,



corridors, lounges, offices, and common areas
- Follow Northern Health Regional Environmental Services Policies and Processes

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Deal effectively with others
- Organize work and operate related equipment
- Physically perform the duties of the position
