This Site Leader manages Ricoh Service Excellence and supervises a specified location’s day-to-day operations. You will handle formal customer contact, oversee materials and supplies, and assist with shift goals. The role includes resolving pricing, orders-in, and invoicing issues with sales, while completing reports when the Site Manager is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Ricoh Service Excellence implementation across the site
- Supervise materials and supplies for shift profitability
- Ensure shift quality and achievement of operational goals
- Coordinate pricing,



orders-in, and invoicing resolutions
- Complete month-end management reports when required

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Mail room or copy centre experience of three to five years
- Knowledge of scales, tape machines, and electric staplers
- Excellent interpersonal skills for business relationships
- Ability to lift 30 or more pounds as necessary
