Drive site delivery for Carmichael as an experienced Sub Agent, combining commercial control, resource management, and civil engineering knowledge. Full driving licence is required.

You will maintain contract performance while delivering small-value sites or assisting larger schemes. The position combines commercial tension, programme supervision, resource records, construction coordination, and customer representation. You will also promote secure working cultures, environmental compliance, quality assurance, and accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain commercial performance and maximise project value
- Manage project programmes and supervise delivery

- Maintain accurate site diaries, records, and QA files

Requirements:

- Considerable civil engineering experience
- Knowledge of CDM, programme, risk, and cost control
- Ability to understand drawings and specifications
- CSCS, SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH, and driving licence
- Ability to motivate teams toward high compliance standards
