As an Admissions Consultant, you will help prospective students understand whether Learnwell’s structured French pathways fit their needs. Many seek NCLC 5 or NCLC 7 for permanent-residency plans. You will provide explicit programme information while routing placement assessments to the Program Director and immigration advice to a licensed consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond within agreed windows to enquiries and campus visits
- Explore students’ timelines, French levels, budgets, and schedules
- Recommend pathways that genuinely match individual circumstances
- Complete enrolment agreements and welcome academic-team handoffs
- Track consent, activity, conversions, and pipeline health weekly
Requirements:
- At least two years recruiting or advising post-secondary students
- Consultative sales experience with individual targets achieved
- Comfort with considered decisions and multi-week sales cycles
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada and honest CRM records
