Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and motivate the team on the sales floor
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction

- Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and visual merchandising

Requirements:

- Three or more years of team management experience
- Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
- Robust communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
