Shape a new airframe at Volatus Aerospace through aerodynamic analysis, structural substantiation, and detailed aerospace design work onsite. This Lead Structures/Aero Engineer owns structural and aerodynamic design from early concept through certification. You will conduct load analysis, lead design trade studies, and establish program methods and documentation. The position also requires cross-functional coordination and leadership during design reviews, build integration, testing, and certification gates. Key Responsibilities:





Develop structural and aerodynamic designs from concept onward Perform structural substantiation and aircraft load analysis Direct and review supporting structures and aero engineers Represent engineering during design reviews and certification gates Coordinate structural interfaces with propulsion and manufacturing Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering Seven or more years’ aircraft structures or aerodynamics experience Proven platform ownership from concept through certification Robust leadership and cross-functional coordination skills Canadian Security Clearance is required Bring airframe design, aerodynamics, structural analysis, and certification experience to Volatus Aerospace’s new platform program.
