This entry-level management position begins with 90 days of training and rotation through critical business functions. After training, you will supervise daily operations and sales functions while supporting fleet maximization, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. You will coach employees, assess performance, and follow established procedures and company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree as a recent graduate
- High school diploma or GED plus four supervisory years

- Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
