As a Senior Recruiter and Talent Advisor, you will support Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Marketing hiring. You will recruit across wide-ranging roles and levels while building healthy candidate pipelines. The work requires recruiting expertise, business curiosity, and strong stakeholder influence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and manage talent through the full hiring process
- Advise hiring teams and build healthy candidate pipelines
- Recruit Product Marketing Managers, Accountants, Attorneys, and other specialists
- Craft and improve a consistent candidate experience




- Develop recruiting strategies with the global recruiting team

Requirements:

- Five-plus years recruiting across corporate G&A; and Marketing functions
- Experience in agency and corporate recruiting environments preferred
- Ability to balance multiple requisitions with high attention to detail
- Experience influencing hiring managers and executives throughout recruiting
- Understanding of ATS tools and recruiting technologies
