The Crew Chief performs line service attendant duties while directing operational activities and supporting the FBO Manager. Responsibilities include enforcing health and safety policies, completing aircraft service requests, coordinating workload, and ensuring on-the-job training requirements. The role also covers luggage handling, car valet service, ice and catering delivery, and winter preparation when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure line service personnel follow health and safety policies
- Coordinate crew training and on-the-job requirements




- Complete aircraft service requests and related duties
- Provide luggage, catering, ice, and car valet services
- Work as a line service attendant when needed
