Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close
- Partner with Tax leaders on emerging talent needs
- Source specialized talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks
- Use market intelligence to guide hiring decisions




- Improve candidate and hiring leader experiences

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing complex recruitment portfolios and multiple stakeholders
- Proven success sourcing passive, specialized candidates
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Copilot
