Lead, coach, and develop seven accounting and Master Data professionals Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting Oversee reconciliations, reserves, accruals, estimates, and revenue recognition Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP,



Canadian requirements, and SOX Strengthen reporting systems, data governance, controls, and automation Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline At least eight years of progressive accounting or finance experience At least two years of direct people management experience Experience with financial close, reporting, and internal controls Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems Bring financial close, controls, reporting, and team leadership expertise to Stryker Canada’s accounting organization in Waterdown.
