Lead community marketing programs in Vancouver by combining communications, analytics, and event management for Oxford’s office properties. Some weekend and evening shifts may be required.

This Community Manager works with corporate and site partners to maximize exposure, strengthen relationships, and improve occupant engagement. You will establish quarterly initiatives, coordinate local groups and media, support retail marketing, and assess return on investment. The assignment is temporary, with an expected duration of approximately 14 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish quarterly marketing initiatives within budget parameters
- Coordinate exposure with Business Improvement Associations and media
- Support retail customers with marketing expertise and alignment
- Develop promotions using amenities,



retailers, and marketing channels
- Analyze program effectiveness and provide recommendations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in marketing, communications, or customer service
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and web metrics
- Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
