Property restoration project management at BELFOR requires Xactimate estimating, client communication, and control of quality, budgets, and schedules. Periodic travel to job sites is required. Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager oversees emergency and restoration projects from initiation through completion. You will assess sites, prepare estimates, document work, and coordinate clients, insurers, consultants, subcontractors, permits, and inspections. The position supports revenue generation for the branch. Key Responsibilities:

High school diploma or GED Three or more years in construction or restoration project management Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite proficiency Solid communication, organization, and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract Use restoration project management, estimating, communication, and coordination skills to deliver successful BELFOR projects for clients and insurers.
