Guide bridge construction and rehabilitation crews with LaPrairie Works Inc. across Western Canada. Support the Superintendent while coordinating safe, efficient field operations. This Civil Construction Field Operations Supervisor position combines hands-on bridge work with onsite leadership. You will support projects involving timber, concrete, cable, and steel bridges, including standard and major structures. The position also covers road construction, earthworks, structural rehabilitation, and environmental awareness through Health, Safety, and Environmental practices. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise onsite construction activities across bridge and civil projects Carry out bridge construction and rehabilitation work Operate loaders, dozers, excavators, graders,



and pile drivers safely Interpret project drawings and scopes during field execution Provide direction to crews and coordinate with project managers Requirements:

Experience in civil and bridge construction or maintenance Knowledge of protected operating procedures for bridge construction Site supervision or management experience considered an asset Physical ability to complete demanding outdoor work Valid Class 5 driver’s license Bring bridge construction experience, onsite supervision, heavy equipment capability, and safety awareness to LaPrairie field projects.
