Lead cost control and scheduling for Alamos Gold’s mining projects in an in office, fly-in/fly-out rotational assignment. Use Unifier, SAP, and Microsoft Excel. This Project Controls Specialist supports construction or mining projects through disciplined cost management and reporting. The position requires at least 10 years of project experience, including five years in project controls. You will coordinate forecasts, invoices, progress claims, and monthly financial information. Alamos Gold operates the Island Gold District, Young-Davidson mine, and Mulatos District, with additional growth projects. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project cost control accounts Support project control schedule development and updates Produce weekly and monthly cost reports Analyze deviations from cost forecasts Reconcile cost accounts in Unifier and SAP Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in construction or mining projects Minimum five years of project controls experience Proficiency with cost control and scheduling software Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Willingness to travel for site rotations Apply project controls, cost forecasting, scheduling, and reporting expertise supporting Alamos Gold’s construction and mining projects.
