Reporting to the VP, People and Corporate, this manager supports a progressive practice within a hyper-growth, family-owned organization. The position combines employee guidance, organizational development, talent initiatives, and stakeholder partnership. You will lead a team, drive change, and develop solutions rooted in best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion One Degree’s People and Culture mission
- Guide customer groups through employee issues and corrective action
- Align talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and performance initiatives
- Oversee learning and development initiatives and team coaching




- Forecast manpower needs with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive human resources experience
- Degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Strong knowledge of British Columbia Employment Standards legislation
- Robust leadership, coaching, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience leading and developing culturally diverse teams
