Develop ultra high performance electronic products as a Senior Hardware Engineer, collaborating across ASIC, signal, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing disciplines.
This position combines advanced hardware development with cradle to grave product ownership. You will work on large high powered SOCs, 2D and 2.5D packaging, high density signaling, and PCB power and thermal issues. Joint development programs may involve partner engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex electronic products from inception to production
- Address PCB power and thermal issues
- Evaluate high speed and high density signaling
- Use scopes, analyzers, and development tools
- Work with support groups across product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Five or more years of related experience
- Experience with large high powered SOCs
- Knowledge of 2D, 2.5D, and 3D memories
- Experience with 112G or higher SerDes rates
