Insight Global its looking for a Trade Support Analyst to joining one of Canadians top 5 Banks.This person will act supporting users on the Montreal Trade Floor with Day-t o-Da y task dealing with hardware, software and mobile issues configuration.

Skills and Requirements

- Banking
- Desk Support
- Fluent in Windows, physical and virtual machines, knowledge with Citrix
- Customer Service Experience
- Ownership and AccountabilityTeam is ok to teach people that have the right attitude if they don't have all the skills for the role
