KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Workflow & Production: Plan and organize daily job flow, monitor production schedules, and ensure custom architectural millwork pieces move efficiently from cutting/machining to assembly and finishing.
- Technical Guidance: Review architectural shop drawings, cut lists, and blueprints; guide the assembly and machine operators with technical problem-solving.
- Quality Control: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure finished millwork meets client and engineering specifications.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Train, mentor, and support shop floor staff, delegate daily tasks, and foster a strong safety and communication culture.

REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 7+ years in the millwork industry





· Detail orientated

· Knowledge of millwork machinery

· Professionalism and interpersonal communication proficiency

· Strong time management skills

· Previous lead hand or supervisory experience

· Ability to read drawings and cutting lists
