RLB is seeking Senior Accountants for full-time permanent work across a wide range of industries. You will execute compilations, coach junior team members, and work directly with clients. The firm supports CPA journeys through coaches, advisors, and PERT mentors.

Requirements:
- CPA designation or close to completing the designation
- Public accounting experience in compilations or Assurance
- Team-oriented mindset and strong client relationship skills
- Curiosity-driven approach to learning and problem-solving
- Experience with Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office is beneficial
