Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse supports residents within Sienna Senior Living communities. The position requires care aligned with policies, physician orders, resident plans, and RPN/LPN scope. You will communicate with residents, families, and staff while guiding assigned care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to policies and physician orders
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff
- Oversee resident care and guide assigned staff
- Complete assessments during admissions and status changes

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in positive standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health experience is an asset
- Good judgement and ability to identify risks
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
