As Senior Financial Analyst, you will prepare financial accounting information for client property portfolios. You will support financial reporting, annual audits, tax returns, and client service responsibilities. The role requires accurate, timely reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate Asset Under Management reports for management presentation
- Support audited financial statements and organize audit documentation
- Coordinate requests among clients, teams, and external auditors




- Investigate discrepancies and improve reporting processes and controls

Requirements:

- Completed or in-progress CPA designation
- Two-plus years accounting experience in national firms or commercial real estate
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and ASPE
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical, communication, and deadline-management skills
