EFS-plastics is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Millwright for its growing recycling operation. This position maintains machinery supporting a fully automated process that diverts plastics from landfills. Success requires hands-on manufacturing maintenance, blueprint reading, secure equipment operation, and collaboration with maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance on plant machinery
- Install and repair automated processing equipment
- Communicate with other maintenance personnel
- Adhere to health and safety policies
- Coach or mentor apprentices when required
Requirements:
- Manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Experience interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Initiative and independence with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Forklift or aerial lift certification considered an asset
