Support Conexus members through everyday banking services, cash handling, and financial product conversations in this permanent full time position.

As a Financial Service Representative, you will address immediate member needs and contribute to financial well-being. You will build rapport, promote credit union services, and provide products including memberships, deposit accounts, terms, RRSPs, and TFSAs. The work requires confidentiality, listening, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and respond proactively to members’ financial needs
- Open memberships, deposit accounts, terms, RRSPs, and TFSAs
- Promote financial services, solutions, alternatives, and credit union products
- Refer members to Financial Service Advisors when appropriate
- Identify suspicious transactions and respond appropriately

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum one year of financial industry experience
- Experience providing customer service
- Experience handling cash
- Prior sales experience considered an asset
