The Salvation Army Agape Hospice in Calgary seeks a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing department, develop clinical programs, manage budgets, and coach staff. You will partner with the Executive Director and Clinical Nurse Leader to ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to safety standards.

This onsite full-time role requires solid leadership, budgeting, and performance review skills, with a focus on patient- and family-centered care within a faith-based organization.
