Build AI agents and workflow automations as an Analyst at IMA Advisors, using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform across business units. The AI Enablement Analyst or Senior Analyst partners with leaders and subject matter experts to identify high value AI opportunities. You will develop practical solutions, support data readiness, and improve processes. The work includes prompts, knowledge repositories, integrations, and adoption measurement. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business units Build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents Configure Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate solutions Develop prompts, agent instructions, and knowledge repositories Monitor solution effectiveness and improve adoption Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or analytical field Two to four years of relevant professional experience Experience building AI agents or workflow automations Experience with Python, APIs, integrations, scripting, or automation Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Apply AI development, automation, data readiness, and stakeholder collaboration to create governed solutions at IMA Advisors.
