As a Banking Officer supporting the Banking Client Solutions Team, you will serve existing and potential private banking clients. You will match needs with products, make referrals, and support Private Bankers through credit, non-credit, and related activities. The work also includes compliance, monitoring, analysis, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service to private banking clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Complete credit, non-credit, and transaction processing activities accurately
- Review monitoring reports with Private Bankers and take action
- Escalate irregularities, discrepancies, inquiries, and complaints appropriately
Requirements:
- Typically two to three years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
- Required licensing and certification for the applicable team or jurisdiction
- Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit products
- Positive communication, organization, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
