10+ years managing enterprise IAM operations Solid IAM governance, audit, risk, and compliance knowledge Experience leading operational and security-focused teams Experience with PAM, MFA, SSO, and cloud identity Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Bring identity governance, risk assessment, and privileged access expertise to mature Canada Life’s identity security controls and reporting.
