The Jewish Community Campus of Ottawa is seeking an Overnight Security Guard for its in-house team. You will respond to emergencies, conduct property patrols, support events, and protect assets and VIPs. The work also includes access control and investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence across campus
- Handle emergency response calmly and effectively
- Conduct interior and exterior property patrols
- Support event security and VIP protection
- Complete access control, investigations, and Fire Safety checks
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License required before hiring
- Ability to remain cool-headed under emergency pressure
- Proactive, responsive approach to security duties
- Verifiable challenging-situation management experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual English communicator willing to train
