Strengthen plant operations at Infasco Nut through KPI development, maintenance improvements, and coordinated continuous improvement projects. This Mississauga position requires corporate-event travel.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor leads projects requested by the General Manager and Operations Manager. The position supports a North American and global automotive fastener supplier. Success requires cooperation with experienced hourly and salaried employees across plant activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop KPIs supporting plant operations
- Coordinate MEA activities with Corporate
- Improve plant maintenance processes
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding
- Manage EHS and CTPAT projects
Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Robust communication, time management, and analytical skills
