Lead housing programs for the Region of Durham, applying supervisory expertise, system planning, and evidence-informed decision-making across assigned services. Reporting to the Manager in Housing Services Division, this Supervisor leads strategic initiatives and continuous quality improvement. The position oversees housing and homelessness service delivery, policy development, community partnerships, and data accountability. It supports service quality, client outcomes, and system effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
