Shape credit markets execution with Industrial Alliance Investment Management Inc. from Montreal, Quebec City, or Toronto, supported by a hybrid work workplace. This Director, Credit Trading position serves iA Global Asset Management’s investment platform and its trading team. You will work directly with the Global Head of Trading and collaborate across portfolio management, research, operations, legal, and compliance. The mandate combines transaction execution, liquidity access, process support, and trader development. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor US and Canadian credit markets and transactions Coordinate trading activities with Accounting, Legal, and Operations Support trading team order management processes Maintain effective relationships with trading counterparties Contribute to junior trader development and process improvements Requirements:

Seven or more years of credit trading experience Bachelor’s degree in a related area Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and effective teamwork under pressure Python, SQL, and VBA coding skills Apply credit markets experience, cross-functional coordination, and analytical skills as a Director supporting iA’s global trading activities.
