Lead rebar operations with strategic vision and financial acumen as General Manager for Stelcrete Division and Fort Erie Rebar. Reporting to the President, Rebar, you will direct commercial and operational activities across the business. This includes business development, procurement, fabrication, project management, final delivery, budgeting, and quality control. The position requires operational leadership, continuous improvement, and stakeholder relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic short and long-term business planning Oversee business development, procurement, fabrication, and delivery Build key customer relationships and guide strategic client discussions Lead annual operational budgeting across core business functions Champion safety culture,



quality systems, and regulatory compliance Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related discipline Seven or more years of progressive management experience Manufacturing, steel fabrication, heavy production, or construction-supply experience Rebar, pre-cast concrete, or structural steel leadership preferred Strategic, operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities Apply strategic leadership, operational discipline, and financial insight across Salit Steel’s rebar manufacturing business.
