Our client in Sudbury, ON is growing again and they are searching for a new Architectural Technologist! This opportunity is a full time permanent position working with and supporting the Architects on the development of projects. (no interns please)

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Assemble Contract Drawings including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with consultant drawings

- Assist with contract administration services including shop drawing review.

Qualifications:

- Relevant education in Architecture

- Minimum 5 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist

- Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.

- Proficient in producing Contract Documents in AutoCAD and Revit.

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced project delivery environment with a multi-disciplinary, in-house consultant team

- Experience in assisting with construction contract administration activities

- Valid Ontario Class G drivers license

Compensation range: $30 - $45/hr
