This senior lead reports to the Mechanical Design Manager within Hardware Engineering. You guide mechanical engineers and CAD designers developing 3D models and drawings for marine navigation and bridge systems. The work combines team supervision, technical direction, quality control, and resource planning. Key Responsibilities:
