Lead digital project delivery for Gallagher Guide’s Total Rewards platform, applying client consulting and cross-functional project management expertise. As a Senior Client Project Management Consultant, you will connect business goals with technology delivery on Gallagher’s Digital Offerings team. You will oversee implementations and product initiatives while collaborating with clients, business partners, and technical teams. The work includes guiding platform configuration across authentication, CMS, messaging, modelling, SSO, wellness, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams through project deliveries and product initiatives Identify client needs, pain points, and business opportunities Oversee multiple projects, assignments, and complex project teams Manage risks,



corrective actions, quality, and engagement efficiency Explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and six to eight years’ related experience Project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency; Azure DevOps exposure is a plus Ability to lead client discussions, meetings, reviews, and testing Apply client leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills to Gallagher Guide’s Total Rewards technology initiative.
