What you will be doing
- Perform lab testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and compatibility
- Support the development of new chemical formulations and improvements to existing products
- Work with surfactants, alternative chemistries, and specialty ingredients
- Design and execute experiments that demonstrate product effectiveness
- Help create practical and visual demonstrations (including video-ready applications)
- Document findings and present results to internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs
- Participate in occasional customer discussions to explain product performanceAssist with lab operations, inventory, and preparation of chemical samples
What you must have
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- 1-3 years of hands‑on lab experience (industry, co‑op, or applied academic work)
- Experience performing structured lab testing but looking to expand into development work
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in understanding the “why” behind results
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts
Salary/Rate Range: $52,000.00 – $58,000.00
