As a Field Operations Associate, you will serve customers in Grainger Canada’s branch and on the road. Apply product knowledge, accurate order entry, computer skills, and time management. Support vending and Vendor Managed Inventory programs while building customer loyalty through responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer experiences from product selection through vehicle loading
- Process transactions, orders, updates, quotes, and lead times
- Replenish vending units and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory




- Scan customer inventory and maintain accurate stocking levels
- Follow routes, document procedures, and resolve customer problems

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- One or more years retail, selling, or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license in province of residence
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and forklifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
