Under the Activation Manager’s supervision, you will plan and conduct daily activation, recreational, and social programs. The work follows Yee Hong’s resident-centered approach to improve and maintain residents’ quality of life. Programs serve older adults in a long-term care home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan daily activation programs for long-term care residents
- Conduct recreational activities reflecting resident-centered care
- Facilitate social programs for older adults
- Develop meaningful programs within a tight budget
- Support residents’ quality of life in the Home

Requirements:

- Diploma in recreation, leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, or kinesiology
- Experience facilitating activation or therapeutic recreation programs
- Current CPR and Food Handler Safety Certificates
- English and Chinese communication ability
- Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen
