You will combine technical leadership with practice development across building design, environmental, and underwater acoustics. The role includes mentoring staff, supporting recruitment and resourcing, promoting innovation, and serving as a trusted advisor. You will work with private and public sector clients while developing models, conducting measurements, and guiding complex project execution. Key Responsibilities:

10+ years consulting experience with strong building acoustics focus Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, acoustics, or related discipline Skilled Engineering designation preferred, with equivalent credentials considered Proven multidisciplinary leadership and client management experience Staff training and mentoring experience expected Lead noise and vibration projects while developing people, client relationships, and SLR’s growing acoustics practice.
