The Manager, Scheduling directs commercial schedule execution and optimization across Porter’s Embraer E195-E2 and Dash 8-400 fleets. This role builds team capability, establishes consistent scheduling processes, and collaborates across operational departments. It also uses performance reporting to communicate milestones, metrics, and operational insights. Key Responsibilities:





Set team performance goals and build team-oriented scheduling culture Lead quality assurance routines across commercial and operational metrics Develop scheduling systems training for operational departments Report schedule performance through SQL and Tableau analysis Participate in Porter’s Safety Management System Requirements:
