Work from Victoria, BC with BCI’s global infrastructure team, applying deal execution, relationship management, and analytical skills to private debt. The Senior Principal will source, execute, and manage private infrastructure debt investments alongside teams in Victoria, London, and Mumbai. You will coordinate external relationships, advisors, and internal partners across diligence and closing. The role also supports market awareness and long-term portfolio returns. Key Responsibilities:

Generate investment ideas through research and external relationships Coordinate commercial, financial, tax, legal, and ESG diligence Manage transaction structuring and legal documentation execution Coordinate communication among deal stakeholders Support tracking tools for sustained portfolio returns Requirements:
