This Senior Full Stack Engineer builds intuitive tools for planners, supervisors, and employees. You will work across React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and event-driven services. The work supports scheduling, forecasting, staffing calculations, adherence, exceptions, and operational reporting in contact centers. Key Responsibilities:
