The Program Administrator supports one or more programs within NAIT’s post-secondary environment. You will work with academic leadership, instructors, students, and service departments while managing program delivery administration. Responsibilities include student records, enrolment activities, scheduling, documentation, communications, and operational support. Microsoft Office Suite, Campus Solutions, and program-specific software are used in this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support assigned programs and the School of Construction and Building Sciences
- Respond to student inquiries and connect students with appropriate resources




- Prepare correspondence, reports, materials, and program documentation
- Maintain electronic and paper program records accurately
- Coordinate meetings, events, projects, and administrative logistics

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Diploma in a related field may qualify
- Several years of related experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
