Help coordinate imaging and pain therapy visits as a Part Time Assistant at Mayfair Diagnostics, based two days weekly in Cochrane.

This position supports patient flow, technologists, radiologists, and reception staff while maintaining accurate information and professional service. The schedule is Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Cochrane, with opportunities for additional Calgary shifts. You will escort and change patients, retrieve forms and images, support reports, manage supplies, and maintain clean rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check in, escort, and change patients for appointments
- Maintain current patient files, forms, and information
- Retrieve requisitions, images, supplies, and reports
- Explain procedures, post-care instructions, and patient forms




- Follow up on critical results, billing, and report delivery

Requirements:

- Receptionist, Clinic Assistant, or DI Assistant training
- Health Information Office Assistant, Unit Clerk, or Medical Office Assistant certification
- Robust interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer-service skills
- Ability to organize changing workloads and schedule variances
- Ability to lift items up to 3 kilograms
